Hey Jack,

I’m sorry, but can we just schedule an appointment now for a particular date and time (e.g., Feb. 6 at 10:00)? This is a professional environment; I shouldn’t need to send a reminder email. Unfortunately, I’ve already left my office for the day. The next time I’ll be on campus is Mon., Feb. 5 from 9-12 and at 2, and Tue., Feb. 6 from 10-12. Are you free during either of those windows?

Hi UCS, 

Our Division recently received a new copier and 
because my office laptop is a Mac, I believe 
someone from UCS will need to install some new 
software. (If that person could also help me 
complete the other installation steps described 
below, that would be excellent!) 

There’s no rush on this; I can work without a 
printer/copier for a couple of weeks if necessary.
