Checked ports. Saw laptop was plugged into dock and 
power. Told her to just plug the dock in and it 
should resolve the issue. Haven't heard anything back 
for the rest of the week.

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #82348

Description: Needs someone to look at their laptop 
ports. 

I'm not sure if Jack has already scheduled with 
you to take a look at this issue. It looks like 
you two were talking a bit, but if you're still 
having this issue I'm here today between 8-10. If 
that doesn't work, what is your schedule looking 
like for the rest of the week?

No, this has still not been addressed. In fact, my laptop is now disconnecting my new USB like it did with the old one before it wiped one of the folders.

Hi Samantha,

I need some additional information regarding service request #82348

Description: Needs someone to look at their laptop ports. 

While looking at the service request for this there were two laptops listed - 20210092[Edit Inv] and 20210110[Edit Inv], which device would a tech be looking at? 

I suspect that there may be some older / worn cables or blocked connections to the pins on the ports.
