the toner cartridge was broken, john checked the 
printer on the server side and found error 09-450, 
they will order another toner

What is your availability next week for a tech to 
come by? This way they can make sure you're there 
to test print from your computer.

I have restarted my computer, turned off the 
printer and it still will not print- now it is 
green with a red line under the green light and 
there are 3 small dots that is lite up orange

My copier is not working again. Not sure what is 
happening - it has the green light but when i try 
to send nothing prints.
