Hello,

Laptop #13 in the TPSSS Resource Center (RWEC 213) 
is not shutting down or starting up. We tried a 
hard shut down (holding on/off button) and that 
didn't turn it off. We tried ctrl+alt+delete to 
start up and that doesn't work either.
