Picked up 20130865[Edit Inv] to PDR. Replaced it with 20161003[Edit Inv]. Only one 
computer can have internet at this time. Both Ethernet ports are 
not hooked up yet.

Hi Karen,

I need some additional information regarding service request 
#82385

Description: Slow computer keeps freezing. 

The Computer has had the NVMe installed and has been 
reimaged. Is there a specific time you would be availible for me to 
drop it off?

Sent Paul an email to see if we can get both the Ethernet ports 
hooked up for them.

Installed the new NVMe in machine. Started reimaging process. 
Working on the last updates then it is ready to go back. Second 
Ethernet port needs to be set up in that room for two computer to 
have access to the internet. Currently only one port is turned on.

Picked up W20161003 to reimage, going to give status of image. 
Karen will possibly put in a purchase request for a NVMe to be 
installed in computer. 

Do not need to copy anything if installing NVMe just need to start 
standard image on it.

Hi Mary,

 

I’m not sure of the WOU # -- and don’t have time 
right now to go downstairs to get it.  Can they 
just get it when they are here?

 

Today would be fine, until about 2pm, and tomorrow 
morning would be fine, as well.  (I have meetings 
all afternoon on Tuesday).

Hello UCS,

 

We have a new faculty member occupying the BELL 
123 office. 

 

This computer was worked on before she arrived, 
but now she is saying that its very slow.  She 
said it takes a long time to open any program and 
it freezes a lot.

 

I don’t have the WOU # handy, but can someone 
please come to look into this?

 

The tech will have to come to my office, since I 
have the key.
