Hi Grant,

I need some additional information regarding service request #82391

Description: Cameras in Testing Center Erroring 

What kind of cameras / devices are we working with? I currently have what computer they are connected to, but I don't have the names of the type of cameras or the software that is erroring out for this.

Hello UCS, 

Reaching out to hopefully have someone come take a 
look at the cameras and or software for the 
cameras in the testing center. We have restarted 
the computer and program multiple times and keep 
getting this error I have attached.
