It looks like a restart seemed to fix the issue. I 
haven't had any issues since then as long as i 
don't let it die completely.

Hi Nancy,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #82395

Description: when laptop goes on lock screen mode 
and user signs it, the computer restarts

Regarding your computer W20221167, did you come in 
yesterday and was this resolved? If not, please 
inform us your schedule so we can take a look at 
your computer and diagnose the issue.

You can also come in as well, UCS is open Monday to 
Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

ref SR 81595 this device W20221167 had issues 
connecting to JAMF previously unknown if resolved

user said they will be coming in today to see if a 
tech can look into their device.

Every time the user logs in from lock screen mode, 
the laptop restarts.

user is also having VPN connection issues when 
working remotely.
