Hi Brady,

If you could drop it off today, that would be 
awesome, I sprained my ankle and foot and am not 
walking around well, and my assistant had surgery 
on her foot so we're pretty useless right now!

Hi Cori,

I need some additional information regarding service request 
#82434

Description: damaged iPad screen; looking to see either replace 
screen or get a replacement

It looks like we have received this IPad back and we have it ready 
for pick up. If you’d like to come pick it up we are open between 8-
5 Monday-Friday. 

There is the alternative of someone dropping it off for you. I am 
here all day tomorrow if you’re available for me to drop it off.

Before we send off / inquire about the iPad, would you possible want to take off / want the magnet sticker thing on the back of the iPad back? If we sent in the iPad with this, we may get a new one and may not get this magnet sticker back. I just wanted to make sure with you first,

that thing is messed up - the top glass is completely shattered, the side where it is impacted is warped and bent - the touch screen and display still function.
