Hi Cheri,

We were just following up with you regarding a service request 
that we have for you.  (#82450)

Description: printer issues : paper jamming and 'ADC not 
confirm ERROR' 'power cycle error' notificat

I just wanted to get in touch with you again regarding this 
issue! I have done a bit of research on these issues and the 
user manual suggests the same fix, unplugging the power cord, 
waiting a minute, and plugging it back in. The manual also 
states to contact the service representatives if the problem 
persists. I checked in with my supervisor regarding this as 
well, he said that because the printer is so far out of 
warranty, getting the service on it could be rather costly 
compared to getting a new printer.

called lastweek reporting their printer issues, 
was advised to contact us when she sees the error 
message displayed on the notification screen:

"ADC not confirm ERROR"
"POWER CYCLE ERROR"
-need cleaning
