I was able to take care of this; they needed a display port cable going from their new 2023 monitor to the older one; we had to change the refresh rate of the new monitor to 59 hz for the second monitor to daisy chain properly. Closing ticket.

Erin called asking if we have a spare cord for a 
monitor, "white color--screw on" for a spare 
monitor in her office W#20110959[Edit Inv].

Asked if a tech could bring the cord to her office 
and assist.
