Description: Needs access to Excel and Word. 

We have found the problem and in about 45-60 
minutes, this should work for Amidy!

Hello,

  We have a student worker, Amidy King ( V00393792  
aking22@mail.wou.edu)  that has access to one of 
the Business Office computers for Excel and Word 
but not on another computer.

  The computer she needs access to for these 
applications is 20180201[Edit Inv] - is there a simple way 
to fix this?

Hi Heather,

 

We may need your assistance please.  It seems like 
Amity does not have access to either the Excel or 
Word app on her computer (the one Norman uses.)

 

I asked her to send me those error message 
screenshots; but they were sent from BO email 
address and not her WOU email address.  I’m not 
sure if that caused the issue or if she needs a 
Microsoft 365 license.
