checked monitor explained that the power strip 
seems old and that if its slightly kicked it could 
be causing the issue. Told them to replace the 
power strip and if that does work they can contact 
us again.

Plugged in monitor and I couldn’t get it to replicate the issue. 
Went ahead and installed updates to the PC. It seems like there 
was a lot of display updates need. Hopefully this resolves the 
issue.

Good Morning,

We appear to have a recurring issue with one of 
our monitors at our front desk in the Cottage. I 
think something might be shorting it. There is a 
popping sound, then the screen goes black and 
restarts, but it only sometimes starts working 
again.

Would it be possible to get a replacement?
