Hi Jennifer,

I need some additional information regarding service request #82509

Description:  unable to print from computer to the printers--not connection issue; all right printers are mapped

I was wanting to double check and see if this was still an issue for you. If so, what would be some good dates / times in the upcoming week to possibly meet and take care of this?

I am unable to meet on Thursdays as I am not here; I am available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3pm to 5pm, and on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9am to 5pm. If there is a time that works best with you to take a look at this during those times, I would be more than happy to schedule an appointment. I apologize for the printing issues in the meantime,

The WOU# is 20181057[Edit Inv]. The computer is in Maaske 
Hall 204. I am here every Thursday from 7:30-9:30 
and 12:00-2:00. But I can also be available 
Mondays, Wednesdays and Tuesdays if the tech needs 
a more flexible time slot.

you. What is the WOU number for the device? What 
is a good time/day for a tech to come and visit? 
And where is the device located?

Good morning, 

No error codes, just a complete inability to print 
from the internet. The printing window clocks 
endlessly until finally the internet browser says 
"not responding" and the whole thing crashes and 
shuts down to my desktop screen.

Hi! 

I had help with this a few weeks ago, but the 
problem is persisting. It worked for a little bit, 
but I'm back to having issues. 

I am unable to print from my computer to the 
printers. It's not a printer connection issue. I 
have all the right printers mapped. Every time I 
print, my computer freezes. It clocks and clocks 
and clocks and then crashes. It used to happen 
mostly when I printed from the internet, but now 
it's happening non-stop. I'm hardly able to print.
