Hello Dominique,

I was able to locate one of the department monitors and put it with Sara's setup. The second one, according to my inventory sheet, is the one that is at that vacant desk as soon as you walk in on the left - this monitor is 20201024. Whenever a new person / setup will occupy that space, a GFA monitor will be brought alongside that one to create a two monitor setup again.

I was able to successfully add the title 9 i drive, as well as add the department printer for Sara as well.

Paul - would you be able to activate one of the two ports in this room? This room is office 302c in the admin building - one of the two ports was unconfigured, and the one that was configured was set up for a printer (this is where the ethernet is plugged into now).

Was able to install the departments purchased monitor - we found it in GFA storage, this one was 20201022. also hooked up printer and i drive. They need permission for the i drive.

I need some additional information regarding service request #82520

Description: Sara Glasscock, AD 302. wants a POOL MacBook Pro to use with 2 monitors (they have one already)

I have assembled Sara's setup with; the macbook, monitor, dock, keyboard and mouse - we are currently looking through for a second monitor belonging to the department. I wanted to ask a few things - what is the name of the printer Sara will be printing to? I need the name in order to add the printer as it wasn't written on the printer itself outside her room. I will also need to know what departmental / I drives she may need added.

setup setup as listed below; there was no second monitor, we will have to find one of the department monitors Dominique claims we took back when whoever departed. They need their printer added, because Dominique wasn't around to ask what name the printer was and it wasn't listed their because department printer. 

I believe the macbook is completely up to date - need to pick out the rest of the equipment and assign it.

Found laptop in 2 wks pile, past date from 1/24/24. Laptop is 20230027 - now in GFA pool after being returned.
