Hi Nora,

I need some additional information regarding service request #82533

Description: Ransomware Detected 

I have reimaged this laptop and was wondering if there were any special programs that needed to be re-downloaded onto it before getting it gets back to you; we already have installed - zoom, MS office, Adobe, and chrome installed. 

If nothing else is needed on it, it is ready to be picked up from UCS or someone is able to drop it off to you on campus between our open hours.

I don't know if there is a ticket for this already 
but I couldn't find one. Guess no one created a 
ticket for this when it came in so please add the 
WOU# to the ticket when anyone can. Nora requested 
for an update as well.

I dropped of my laptop this morning because it had 
some ransom ware detected on it. I was told it 
needed to be reimagined. I was just wondering when 
I might expect to get it (or a replacement) back?
