still giving warning on her sign in - I think it's just not updating from her sign in or maybe the internet connection is weird? I have had sophos refuse to update based on internet connection before. I don't think it's an issue, and I am going to double check that the laptop is reporting right to sophos

dropped laptop off, set profile as admin, put printers on it worked everything. A couple of the printers however didn't need codes even though they said they did. ED downstairs copier and scooter I believe said they needed codes and they didn't take one.

I went over and was able to put in UCS admin login (not leave it signed in) but use that login to approve the os download. She said it got farther than she could, so we are leaving it to install over night and hopefully tomorrow it will have sonoma downloaded.

Brady and I went over there and were able to; add the wifi to their iMac in the room, in case they needed to use the ethernet cord for other things, and added the wifi on their laptop as well. We confirmed that they were able to sign in, and browse the internet. 

in hindsight, we didn't get any department drives added,

the sophos fix - it was on big sur, and I believe this is one version too old for sophos to work / update. We left the laptop on it's charger and had the sonoma downloading to update mac os.

Description: No Wifi option and sophos update

No, I'm in RWEC221 now (just can't get the campus 
directory to update)
I should be available next week:
Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri -  8:45 - 11:30  /  12:30 - 2:30

Hi UCS Help Desk Rep,

Our laptop is having a couple of issues.
1 - Network accounts are unavailable so I can't 
log in (unless I plug into an internet connection 
- no Wi-Fi unless hard wired)
2 - Sophos update did not complete
