So they need acrobat fully stripped from their personal laptop if can be done and then actually reinstall acrobat to see if that works on their personal machine. They were also experiencing issues with adobe sign just like the other users were reporting.

installed adobe on users assigned laptop.

acrobat was experiencing some issues saving on their personal laptop. When they combined their pdfs, or attempted to save any pdf open on acrobat on their personal laptop, a blank window would open - this is where you would be able to edit the name and save location and it never popped up, just remained blank. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't work, acrobat stayed on there.

Called and says she can't find Adobe Acrobat and 
when she looks for it in launchpad it is not 
found... Tried to direct her to look for it and 
install it but she is really not tech savvy and is 
requesting for a tech to head out and help if 
available. 

She is here till 6:00pm today. She would like a 
call to confirm whether a tech is able to assist 
or not.
