She was able to figure out that only one computer in 
the office prints to that printer.

Tammy called to report that she is unable to 
locate the colored printer 20211117[Edit Inv]. She tries to 
add it but is not able to find it. 

She is requesting for some guidance if a tech can 
call her back and walk her through some 
troubleshooting suggestion to help her get 
connected.

If a tech needs to stop by she is available till 
3pm.

The printer and Tammy are located in Admin 101A.
