Yes, hesitantly, because we haven't been able to 
stay logged in for more than a minute before it 
crashes, so it might be difficult to actually 
access anything. but its definitely worth a shot!

Description: Issue after software update. 

We took a look at your laptop and it looks like we 
will have to reimage it. This means that anything 
saved on the device will be removed. Do you have 
anything on your laptop that you would like to have 
backed up before we reimage it?
