Connected computer to Ethernet and WiFi, Ethernet 
wasnt using DHCP, and WiFi got removed some how. 
Computer left updating because chrome was having an 
issue with connecting to wou servers.

user called seeking tech assistance with her 
computer W#20181040[Edit Inv] not connecting to the wifi. It 
displays "wifi not configured" error message.

user tried restarting device multiple times but no 
luck.

user has class today from 1pm-4pm; she said she 
can leave her office door open if a tech is 
available to troubleshoot
