I need some additional information regarding service request #82796

Description: Blinking indicator light on laptop

There have been a few laptop keyboard issues regarding Dell laptops and one of the things we have found to fix this is to check if there are any driver updates through Dell Command Update or windows update.

If both the keyboard and display are still problematic, I think one thing we may be able to do is swap your laptop out for a 1:1 replacement with a working unit.

We are also able to replace the keyboard, 

so whatever options you think may work best for you just let us know and we will try to make it work.

Hey,

The indicator light on the front of my laptop 
started blinking a warning code at me this 
morning. Two Amber lights followed by eight white 
lights. A quick search shows this to be a warning 
about the LCD power rail. I'm not seeing any 
issues with my display, but my integrated keyboard 
has been having some issues for a while now.
