Popup blocker needs to be disabled for Banner.
On your computer, open Chrome.
Go to a page where pop-ups are blocked.
In the address bar, click Pop-up blocked Pop-up 
blocked.
Click the link for the pop-up you want to check.
To always allow pop-ups for the site, select 
Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site] and 
then Done.

Hello,

For the past week or so, when I try to export 
transaction detail from Banner, it's not 
downloading the information.  A block pops up 
briefly like it's creating the download, but I 
can't find it anywhere on my computer.  

I've looked in the Download folder and the 
Documents folders. 

It creates them when I'm in an Incognito window, 
but not when I'm not in there. 

This has happened with FGIBDST, FGITRND, and  
FGITBAL.
