user is having issues in switching the audio 
output from her laptop to monitor. says it has 
been like this for weeks. 

I tried troubleshooting it by asking her to click 
on the volume icon on the taskbar to select her 
monitor as her desired audio input and had no 
luck. also had her open her sound settings to make 
sure she has her monitor selected as the audio 
output and she claims that she did that and still 
no luck.
