Printer was only not working with Adobe. Printed 
with Word. John says it should print with Adobe 
after a restart. Closing ticket.

The WOU number was in the photo that was attached, 
20230542[Edit Inv]. The printer is located in the Wolfstore, 
WUC 204A.  I am available any time after 1pm 
today.

Good Morning!

I have a printer that is not printing, and I am 
unsure why.  I have tried rebooting the printer, 
and basic troubleshooting, but cannot get it to 
print.  Can I have someone come by this afternoon 
to take a look at it?  I have attached a photo 
with the assigned number on it.
