User unplugged dock power cord and plugged 
into laptop, that's why the screens went 
black. Had user plug dock into laptop using 
USB c instead of USB a, works.

user is having issues with keeping their monitors on when they plug 
their laptop's power cord to recharge it. 

Needs assistance in resolving this issue as she has a meeting this
