Hi Ambre,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #82879

Description: GFA pool set up for Samantha Morgan 
morgansj@wou.edu

The Macbook is almost ready to go!

I just need to know if there are additional 
software that needs to be installed that isn't on 
the normal installation.

What is currently installed are Adobe, Chrome, and 
Zoom, just to name a few.

If you have other additional questions, feel free 
to let me know as well!
