Hello Bryan,

I am a student technician from UCS at WOU and was wondering if you came by UCS to swap out your problematic laptop from the CS division with a loaner laptop from us. I had a service request open saying that this was needed to be done, and no updates after that and was unsure if it was ever taken care of.

Did you pick up a loaner laptop from UCS, and, is your login working now?

I believe 20161097[Edit Inv] was picked up, Arsilda said that the student came into UCS and dropped off their laptop for us to look at and picked (I believe) the machine listed below up from us. 

This would lead me to believe it was a problem with the laptop? Though in Arsilda's email it said he couldn't log into any other school computer either..

Hi Arsilda,

I need some additional information regarding service request #82885

Description: Student Locked out of Account 

I was wanting to circle back to this and was wondering if they possibly ever stopped by into UCS? I believe we had updated a loaner laptop to try logging into / swapping the original laptop out but since then there has been no updates. Is this still an issue?

Hello,
He reported that he tried even recently ( A few 
minutes ago)to login in and cannot login in the 
computer.

 He works on one laptop he borrowed from our 
department with barcode 20191072[Edit Inv] and cannot login. 
Also he tried on the school computer and could not 
login.
The account he is having issues is his computer 
account.
Please can you follow with priority this request.
