I was able to swap the new monitor, 20230146[Edit Inv], out for the old monitor 20160922[Edit Inv] because 20160922[Edit Inv] was broken and had lines going through the display.

Hi Michael,

I need some additional information regarding service request #82887

Description: set up monitor for station W20210784

Would I be able to install this monitor today at anytime before 5pm? If not, would there be a good time later this week to do so?

ADDING: 
MONITOR  W20230146 

The computer is in ITC 204D and is shared by our 
undergraduate student worker and our graduate 
assistant. The docking station and monitor 
shouldn't be assigned to them since they will be 
leaving their positions at the end of the year. 
From my perspective, it would be best if it could 
be assigned to the room; however, if they can't be 
assigned to the room, they should probably be 
assigned to me.
