L key was missing bracket underneath, was ripped off at one point and misplaced or lost.

I was able to take one from a parts chromebook.

The shift keys appeared to be fine and nothing outside normal.

Hello,
One of our checkout Chromebooks (20160819) has two 
issues.  The 'L' and 'shift' keys are loose.  We 
weren't sure if there is anything that you can do.

I will bring it over.  Thanks!
