Checked out printer, Printer can only be used through 
banner to print transcripts. Once we realized that, 
the printer worked properly.

I tried fixing; it didn't work! The printer seemed to be having a tough time unadding it self; it would remove itself from the different printer menus, and then, upon clicking it to readd it back from 3 sisters, it doesn't re add - its like its already added, and it only brings up the print que. I was able to remove things from the que, but nothing changed; the printer said ready to print, I sent a document to print, the que said printing next to the document and the printer never did anything.

Brady set the setup up and Kacie doesn't remember him explicitly adding any printers, so I think that these auto mapped.

May have to take the laptop out of AD, take it out of the building, refresh the printers so they officially un add, then put it back. 

She is the only one having printing issues to that printer currently.

What is the WOU # of the of the device you are trying to print from?

And, to confirm, the printer in question is W#20080844[Edit Inv]?

Kacie Ryden called this morning stating that she 
was unable to print to the printer in the Admin 
Building room 104. She stated that she does not 
recieve any error messages, however, a message 
does popup that says 'The name of the printer and 
the ERROR'. Looks like she has never been able to 
print from this printer before. I am thinking she 
just needs the printer added to her device.
