Good evening, Desiree,

Are you sure it would be acceptable to drop this monitor off? Normally I assist in hooking the monitor up, but if you or the intended user has it covered I suppose I could drop it off to HR.

I can also try to coordinate with the user this monitor is going to, however I am unsure who that is.
