No, Sarah will not be charged for anything. We 
would just need a name for the request in regards 
to any updates, and if any additional information 
is needed. I have gone ahead and put in a service 
request ticket for you, SR# 83062. A tech will 
reach out to you if they have any additional 
questions as well as to inform you when the 
request has been completed.

Good morning!

I've sent that email about the toner, thank you 
for that information! As for a request name, you 
can put it under Sarah Lockwood. Just checking 
that you just need a name for a request to fix it, 
not to charge Sarah, correct?

Good morning, 

I can go ahead and put in a service request ticket 
for printer paper restock. For toner we've set up 
an email specifically for toner requests ( 
toner@wou.edu ),  if you send them an email with 
the type of printer and toner needed they can 
process it and get it restocked. As for the 
service request ticket, what is a good first and 
last name for the request?
