She stopped by because she was able to replicate the 
error. Andrew assisted her and she will bring the 
device back in tomorrow morning should she 
experience the issue again.

Hi Emily,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #83074

Description: laptop keeps freezing up 

I took a look at your computer and couldn't 
reproduce the issue. I did run updates and made 
sure it was syncing properly with our system. The 
only suggestion I can give is to hold shit when 
you log into the machine next time it gives you 
issues. Sometimes this will fix issues like this 
one.

Unless there is a specific scenario you want me to 
test or more information you have regarding this 
issue, your laptop is ready to pick up, or I can 
drop it off to you.

After installing updates I realized the computer 
was not syncing with our server correctly, so I 
did the unbind and rebind. Seems to be working 
properly now. Other than these I couldn't see any 
issues why it would be freezing. I did not run 
into the situation where the computer would freeze 
on me.

Installing updates. Had computer running for about 20 
mins, everything seemed to work fine. It was notably 
slow doing some tasks though.

Emily came in and brought her laptop, and stated 
that the laptop kept freezing up on her. She said 
that she was able to get on the server for a bit but 
then it freezes again.
