Went over there and tried; installing new driver (best driver already installed as stated by windows). Redownloading the asus widget he was talking about, didn't work?

downloading their RGB / customize app and it didn't appear to work with the monitor.

The monitor had it's own settings, accessible on the side buttons; I already knew this was where the fix was going to be but I wanted to determine that this was the only place.

I showed Logan how to change the display brightness and contrast manually.

Before leaving we adjusted it to a good level.

Closing ticket.

Good morning,

Are there any updates on when someone can swing
by? I rebooted again this morning and was able to
open the ASUS widget and make the adjustments,
however after the computer fell asleep and I re-
logged in the same issue occurs. I have to de-dock
until we have a fix. It's like staring at a blue-
sun from a feeble distance of 10 miles without
sunglasses.

Thank you very much. I'm sure it won't take too long
to fix with their knowledge, hope they can teach me
so I Can prevent this again.

Hello,

The monitor I use for work has had an issue since
I re-booted it (and re-re-booting it doesn't fix
it). The monitor is extremely bright and there is
no way in settings or in the quick setting to
change the setting (yikes). The ASUS Display
Widget that comes with the monitor will not open
and I am stuck getting blasted by the power of a
blue light sun.

I could feel the migraine coming on so I undocked
until this is resolved, I'd love to get help
looking at this as soon as possible, if possible.
