Hi Adry,

Description: Old Samsung tablet not turning on. 

I am unsure if you got the last email related to this, but it was:

I was taking a look at the Samsung tablet and 
unfortunately we cannot repair it because of the age of the unit. I did not look to see if a battery was available for this device, but due to the age and it not being able to receive new software updates we do not want it on our network. If you have any questions feel free to let us know.

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #83103

Description: Old Samsung tablet not turning on. 

I was taking a look at the Samsung tablet and

Adry brought in the device this morning and stated 
that the tablet was used by the department awhile 
ago, however, they lost it and had not used it in 
a long time. She stated that it does not turn on, 
but when it is charging, the battery percentage 
can be seen on display. She was Looking to see if 
it can be fixed or if a replacement can be given 
instead.
