Cleared chrome cache, ran updates, some dell 
command updates failed but some went through. We 
hooked it up directly to ethernet and it improved 
slightly. Will likely need a laptop replacement in 
the future, as hers only has 8 gigs of memory. She 
will email with an update whether her computer 
speed has improved or not.

She is available anytime today and would prefer a 
tech take a look today as she has some stuff to get 
finished.

Tammy called this morning and stated that she has a 
laptop that is running very slowly. She mentioned 
that no one else is experiencing this same issue in 
her office and that it is just her laptop.
