I believe I took care of this last week; boot mode simply needed to be switched to AHCI. Emailing user to verify and closing ticket.

Sorry for the delayed reply. The location is the 
Academic Programs Support Center (APSC), Room 408. 
I'm available anytime today from 8 am to 10 am or 
4 pm to 5 pm, and tomorrow from 10 am to 3 pm. Let 
me know if any of these times work for you.

Good Morning Andrea,

Have you tried shutting down instead of 
restarting? What happens if you shut down and wait 
1 minute till you turn it back up ? Does the same 
error occur? 

Please let me know how it goes, I can create a 
service request ticket if the problem still 
persists after shutting down.

desktop is showing this message: 'Automatic 
Repair. Your PC did not start correctly.' When I 
click on 'Restart,' it loads for like 2-3 minutes 
and brings me back to the same screen. WOU#
