they were pressing the dock power button, instructed 
tina to have students unplug and replug the usb c or 
leave the computer on overnight.

Vivianne Romero (front desk worker) called to 
report that the device is not being powered by 
their docking station? Which is weird because she 
says a phone is connected to it and it works 
(receives power) but the computer connection does 
not work. She has tried restarting the docking 
station and unplugging some cords but that did not 
work. 

This is their main computer and they are still 
having issues. She would like a call back with 
updates and confirmation.
