I need some additional information regarding service request #83145

Description: Sticky keyboard, left shift key (replacement?) 

I am leaving for the day, however, if you would like to come into UCS at ITC 009, we would be more than happy to send you off with a working keyboard.

He is in BELL 316 and says that his sticky left 
shift key is making it hard for him to get any 
work done. 

He is requesting for tech to take a look and 
potentially for a replacement.
