Sophos came back clean, did not find anything.

I zoomed with him and we cleaned everything.  We ran a scan on his user that found nothing.  We also started a full scan on his computer.

Hi Zachary,

I need some additional information regarding service request #83173

Description: Virus alert from Sophos

We have recently received an alert from our antivirus software regarding a your desktop 20150572; 

We would have to manually remove the file, as our software is not able to remove it itself. 

If you have any availability today or tomorrow, I would be more than happy to take a look at this.
