I need some additional information regarding service 
request #83194

Description: Desktop Camera Issue

My front let me know that you sent them an email 
inquiring about this service request. Everyone at 
UCS has been working on this issue. Are you 
available today for me to come by and take a look 
and verify some things my systems team was curious 
about?

Took a look at the camera, was missing a USB 
passthrough cable. She mentioned not being able to 
save files that she opens in Adobe. Jenna double 
checked permissions for her, everything looked 
fine. Need to check which folder she is trying to 
access. The only folder she shouldn't have 
read/write access to is the box office. Need to 
look at permissions for the files and if she can 
save other documents.

Hi there!  I cannot seem to get my camera on my 
desktop screen to work.  It does not come up as an 
option as a camera for anything.  It is only 
recognizing the laptop camera so when I have it on 
the docking station I cannot use my camera.
