After trying the @wou.edu extension again, his stuff went through and the SSO button appeared.

He will drop off the loaner laptop soon.

Hello and good afternoon, Tony!

I am emailing today because I just setup a new laptop for a user over in HR, and they have been unable to get to docstar on this new machine for reasons unknown.

They showed me how, when they navigate to the sign in page, there is supposed to be a SSO button at the top and on this new machine there is no button present; we have attempt to go through each one of the browsers, the browsers private window, and VDI browser, and none of these have unlocked the button which we find odd.

If you have any suggestions, or instructions on what I should attempt next, I would love to get this solved.

Upon getting Joseph his new laptop, the SSO button never appears on any browser, incognito or not, or VDI for signing into his epicor / docstar client. 

He showed how on his old loaner laptop it was there, and no matter what I could try on his new one we just couldn't get it to pop up.

I had him try signing in normally with his @wou.edu username, and that didn't work either.
