Adobe Creative Cloud was not installed. Installed 
CC and this did not fix the issue. He is able to 
save documents by using the Print to PDF method as 
a work around. Recommended a system upgrade.

I am still having issues with the Save As function 
in my Adobe Acrobat to open up my h:drive folder. 
When I press Save as it opens to a black Save as 
folder and stays there. I have been working with 
Charlee, but since it is starting to affect my 
work I need to ask for a little more help. Thank

I just looked a little deeper and found that when 
I go to "Save AS" in Adobe on my computer it 
places the file into my folder.

It stays in that screen shot I sent you last time 
and does not find my "h-drive", so what is the 
best way to get the default folder that it needs 
to be looking at switched from C: to H:? Thanks!

I did adjust the General setting, but it still 
just locks up to Save as PDF.

Hi Rip,

I forgot to add that with this solution, you will 
have to be careful to manually save all of your 
documents as it will not automatically save to the 
cloud.

Hi Rip,

I did a bit of research and may have a solution for 
you! Try going into Adobe preferences, go to the 
"general" category, deselect "show online storage 
when saving files". This might fix it because Adobe 
is trying to save the files automatically to the 
cloud. Then when it tries to connect to the cloud it 
is running into issues actually saving it. Bypassing 
this and making it a manual save option may solve 
this issue!

No, I have restarted a few times but no error. I 
will say though that Adobe will not open my H: 
drive folder to Save As, which may be what that 
bug was pointing out. Thanks for checking in!

Hi Rip,

I was wondering if you have encountered the Adobe 
error message again since we talked on Monday? If 
so, is it causing any issues with the operation of 
Adobe itself?

New issue arose with Adobe. He described having 
trouble getting a document to open after hitting 
"save as". Also received this error message after 
restarting his computer (see attachment).

Unplugged printer and reconnected it and it works 
now. There was a print job that was stuck in the 
queue and was preventing other jobs from going 
through. Manually restarting the printer and 
computer fixed the issue.

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #83219

Description: can't delete default printer and 
connect to current one that works

Was anyone able to come out and help you with this 
yet? If not and its still an issue I can see what I 
can find to help troubleshoot this problem with you.

I have tried multiple times now to delete a 
Default, 1 document(s) in queue issue with the HW-
Lycra printer. I've run the troubleshooter, and 
Windows can't fix it. Please send over any 
instructions or please set up a ticket so I can 
get it out of the way to print other documents.
