I am located at the Student Health and Counseling 
Center, Upstairs Room 204. I forgot to mention 
that the SHCC is closed from 12-1 so we would have

I don’t believe it’s a problem with the internet 
since other people have been able to log into 
their account on this desktop. I did double check 
it was connected and i restarted/turned it off and 
on again. It is still not letting me in.

Hi Blanca,

Could you check to see if you are connected to the 
internet? Our techs think that you may be 
disconnected and that could be the reason why you 
can't login because your device is not connected 
to the university's network. They recommend that 
you connect your computer to an ethernet for a 
stable internet connection so you can successfully 
log in. After successfully doing so, proceed to 
try and connect your computer to wou-secure Wi-Fi.

It says that my account has restricted access. I 
attempted to log on another computer and it still 
didn’t work. My computer number is 20190661[Edit Inv]. I 
restarted the computer as well.

Are you seeing any errors when you try to login? 
Does it say that you are "not connected to the 
domain? Additionally what is the WOU# of your 
device. Please try restarting the computer and see 
if you are able to login then. If that attempt 
fails, let me know and forward your information. I 
can get a ticket created for our techs to look 
into this issue.

I was able to log into my portal. on my phone with 
my exact same user and password, my account showing 
that it is locked.

Hi Blanca,

Our systems admin was able to look into your case 
and discovered that you performed 7 failed 
attempts with the wrong password. They recommend 
you check caps lock, and remember to plug in the 
appropriate characters (the uppercase, lowercase, 
number, and symbol). 

Could you provide a screenshot of the error 
message you are receiving when you are logging in 
to Portal?

Hi! 

I am still unable to log into my account on my 
computer. It shows that my password and username 
are incorrect and then it shows that my account is 
locked. I am positive i’m using the correct 
information to log in.
