Hello,
I'm sending you a screenshot from my phone of what 
has been happening with my computer. My computer 
has shut down on me at least 4 times over the past 
several months. With every instance, I have been 
logged in and working on stuff when it abruptly 
shuts down. Several times I have been working on a 
tight timeline and then it takes quite a while to 
get restarted and back to what I was working on. 

I would love some help with figuring out why this 
is happening and what needs to be done so it 
doesn't happen again.
