need it from 12-4 today but they're more flexible 
tomorrow

John says it is ready, he added local accounts 
yesterday. Sent a msg to Alexis asking for special 
software needs... otherwise, it is ready for pick up 
@ the front desk.

they need specific drives mapped to devices before 
we deliver.

* Admin rights have been set up

gave Alexis a call and told her that we are expecting these laptops to be ready by next week, and if not we will provide 2 loaners for these laptops while we download them.

Hi There,

I know there's been a lot going on, but ODS really 
needs these laptops to provide vital (and 
federally mandated) accommodations. It's been over 
3 weeks since I was notified the machines were 
received at UCS; can we please pick them up this 
week?

Hi there,

I just wanted to update the service request. 
"TypeWell transcribers need a local login because 
the software doesn't play well with the WOU 
network. Please give me a call if you have 
questions (ext. 89241)." Unfortunately, I have a 
meeting until 5 today, so I won't be able to 
address any further questions until tomorrow. As I 
understand, the service request was made a high 
priority today so I wanted to make sure the ticket 
was updated.

Hi There,

ODS has purchased two new laptops for TypeWell 
Transcribing. I was just reminded that TypeWell 
transcribers need a local login because the 
software doesn't play well with the WOU network. 
Please give me a call if you have questions (ext. 
89241). 

I believe ODS has installed the TypeWell Software 
ourselves in the past and there may be some nuance 
to it. Let us know if you need anything from ODS.
