updated adobe and had the next professor that came 
in to teach login and see if they still got the 
issue and it seems like it was resolved

got the bug that was reported in the ticket // seems 
like adobe is causing the freezes and crashes

I can definitely go ahead and put in a service 
request ticket for you. Do you know the WOU# for 
the device? If not that is perfectly fine, I will

Greetings,

The instructor computer in ITC is stuck on the 
spinning pinwheel. it will not load past  the 
desktop, no program will load. I am having to 
teach with by projecting my own laptop. This is 
not a new problem but it usually resolves itself 
after a restart, it is not resolving itself today. 
Previous instructors in this room have faced this 
issue, and likely opened cases regarding it. Is a 
persistent issue. Our class ends at noon. There is 
no rush, as I doubt you will fix this issue in the 
20 minutes before this class, but it is something 
to look at after, if possible.
