I emailed them to plug in their laptop to a 
working ethernet cord so they could get an 
internet connection to the laptop and maybe auto-
download new drivers for the wifi card, which may 
fix the issue.

Thank you for creating a service request for me. I 
can't update since I can't get to the internet on 
my laptop to install them.
When I checked for updates, and tried to turn on 
'get the latest updates as soon as their 
available, I got a message that said  This setting 
isn't available due to your organizations policy.  
and 'some downloads are managed by your 
organization'.
I need a password to get to UCSadmin which I don't 
have.

Sent a reply back to her and asked if her device is 
up to date (if its not I recommended she update) and 
also asked if she was given admin rights on the 
device.

No, it does not.Was there something I was suppose 
to do besides restart my laptop? Messages say some 
cables are unplugged  for ethernet,  cisco and 
bluetooth . and I need administration to fix it.
Broadband connection pops up but nothing happens 
when I click on it.

Hi. I am at an Early Childhood center and in the 
past was able to connect to their wifi  but it is 
not working today. I was trying some different 
settings and may have messed it up. It won’t pair 
with my phone hotspot either. Any help would be 
appreciated. thanks
