It was working again, sounds like a power cord came loose as they
said the light didn’t show up on the monitor.

Hi there! We are experiencing the same issue
again. Cannot get the monitor to turn on. I
believe this is a new monitor so I'm thinking it
may be a computer issue?

I took a look and: I thought at first it was where the DP cord was plugged into (the mobo). I restarted the computer and plugged it into the graphics card, which we were then presented with the BIOS screen (I thought, success!). But then, the monitor (20130834) stopped outputting and went to sleep. I took the desktop back here thinking it may be something with the graphics card or bios settings, but then, it went just fine onto a test monitor... So I swapped the monitor with a different spare monitor.

Took back: 20130834[Edit Inv],

brought: 20130920[Edit Inv]

The computer in the box office in Rice (RA 101) is
not working properly. We cannot seem to get the
monitor to work. If someone could take a look at
it that would be great. The barcode on the
monitor is 20130834[Edit Inv].
