Replaced screen and camera. Computer working now. Reimaging 
and putting in GFA pool.

Tried to install LCD screen sent by dell and found that the screen 
sent was the incorrect part.

parts arrived today.  I put the part in front of my 
desk

Joanie is going to get a quote for the LCD + 
Housing. Once we have that we can give a price for 
that. Our concern is that the camera might not 
work, so we don't wan to replace the LCD and find 
the camera not working.

it appears that the LCD is busted, and a replacement would get this to work, however, it seems the lid may also have to be replaced - all around the bezel of the lid, there are tension clips that clip the back to the front, holding the LCD in place. Where the laptop was cracked, it seems as though these have broken off and they don't snap back into place or seat all the way, and are jutting apart - I am unsure if a simple LCD screen replacement would do the trick.

Also never tested the camera, good chance that isn't working either.

Jamiere came by to deposit his WOU #20221157 with us as he had just dropped it and cracked the screen. I have not looked at it intensely, but we logged into it and everything else seemed to work but the screen, which is massively messed up. The frame on the laptop seems to be in good shape, so hopefully this may just need a replacement LCD unit and be good to go.

Provided loaner #20210570, which I am creating an SR for now.
